Returns Policy

HairFlix Hassle-Free Return Procedure

How do I return an item?

Returns at HairFlix/Shop are easy. Please follow these simple steps:

1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package.
3. Mail the original packaging back to the warehouse address found on the shipping box using a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx,DHL).
4. Open a customer service ticket to notify HairFlix of the return and provide the return tracking number to ensure a faster refund.

Please Note: HairFlix/Shop does not accept returns shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS). Please save the shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Please do not ship your returns to our corporate office unless instructed! All items must be returned to the appropriate shippers these addresses will be provided to you via the customer service ticket procedure.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction with our salon quality products is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item unopened within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. All returned items returned after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and 40% after 90 days (includes all electronics due to void of warranty). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened or used products will not be refunded.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card company will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
